From the moment your orders are validated, our teams will pay very close attention to the supervision of the entire supply-chain, starting with the preparation of the order, its packaging in insulated containers with ice packs (eutectic gel packs for safe food transport), as well as to the proper sealing of the transport cartons.
In cases of international delivery, according to the transport methods validated by the participants, we are committed to offering you transport solutions which respect the cold chain for more than 48 hours.
Delivery Conditions
Metropolitain France
All orders placed and validated from Monday to Thursday before noon (except for holidays and unavoidable circumstances (force majeure)), are sent to the delivery address specified within 24h/48 hours, while stocks last.
All orders placed and validated from noon on Thursday through Sunday, will be sent the following Monday (except for holidays, days off, and force majeure) while stocks last.

Europe and International

Metropolitain France
We guarantee delivery of your purchases in metropolitain France via the services of UPS and Chronofood in 24h/48h*
Delivery Services :
- UPS Express Plus : Delivery normally until 9:30 a.m.
- UPS Express : Delivery normally at about 10:30 a.m. or noon
- Chronofresh : Delivery in general at about noon or 4 p.m.
Our deliverers guarantee a transport service that respects the cold chain. In cases of your absence at your delivery site, our partners promise to keep your purchases at the required cool temperature so that they will be delivered to you in the best condition.
Europe et International
We guarantee delivery of your purchases in Europe using UPS services in 24/48 hours*
