All transactions are carried out on a secured server. All the data that you communicate during the payment process are protected and encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
Payments and refunds are only made in Euros (€).
The payments on our notre site are, of course, secured; we use the PayZen payment international system, which guarantees for you communication that is rapid, simple and secured.
You can pay with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). The PayZen system checks that your card participates in the "3D Secure" or "Mastercard SecureCode". These programs have been especially developed for Visa and Mastercard transactions to make sure that the transaction is being carried out by the legal holder of the card and the authorized online merchant.
When a card has been registered in the 3D Secure system, the payment procedure is accompanied by a dialog window. This window asks you to type a SecureCode (a password that you have previously defined, or which has been sent by SMS, or generated by a PAC reader). The transaction can be carried out only if the password entered is correct.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can connect using your identifier to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one to finalize your payment. For any reimbursement, the amount will be sent to the PayPal account from which you made your purchase.
SOFORT Banking is a payment system using a rapid and secured bank transfer which does not require opening of a supplementary bank account. All that is required is that you have an online bank account.
Online payment with SOFORT Banking involves four steps :
You log on to the secured SOFORT Banking payment page;
You confirm the banking coordinates of your chosen online bank;
You confirm the payment using a pin code or card reader;
Once the transaction is authorized, it will be completed in a few seconds by the transfer of the encrypted data, and you will receive confirmation of your order from our Client Service.
You must transfer the amount billed to our bank account. You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail, including our bank details and the order number. We will process your order when your payment is received.
