You can create an account simply by passing your mouse over "My account" at the top of the page of
A window will open. Click on "Create an account". You can also click on "My account" and create your account on the page that opens.
The following information is necessary to create your account: title, name, address, e-mail, and chosen password. You may change your data whenever you want. This data wiil, of course, not be communicated to any third party.

You want to change your personal information

To modify your personal data, log in to and click on "Account Information". You will be able to change any of the current details, and then validate.

You want to change, or have forgotten, your password

On the home page, pass your mouse over "My account" or click on it. Then click on "Password forgotten?" and enter your registered e-mail adress in the designated field.
You will quickly receive your new password by e-mail. Identify yourself with it, respecting the exact spelling and upper-lower case. Then change your password on "My account".

What payment methods are accepted by Aurea Ova

We accept different payment methods according to the country delivered to. Payment by credit card, for example, is accepted for numerous delivery countries. You will find more information on this in the menu "Payment".

When is payment by card realized?

When you pay by card, the amount due is pre-authorized, i.e. reserved for
Pre-authorization is a verification of the validity of the card during which availability of the amount is checked. The sum due is no longer available for other use on the card, but it will not actually be deducted by until the merchandise is sent.
If an order is cancelled before it is sent, there will be no debiting and the pre-authorization is cancelled. Please note that the pre-authorization lasts for 7 working days (Monday to Friday) and that its timeline depends on the timing of your Bank.

What is the reimbursement procedure for cases of return of the merchandise?

The reimbursements are undertaken on the working day that follows reception of the returned goods, they can vary according to the time taken by your Bank.
The reimbursements are always carried out on the basis of the payment method used for your online purchase. Reimbursements involving another payment method are not authorized or accepted.
We do offer the possibility of you receiving your reimbursement in the form of an electronic gift card which you can use for a new order. We ask you to indicate that you prefer this option on the return form, or by contacting our client service.
Your gift certificate will be sent to the e-mail address registered on your account.


What does your delivery cost?

The services and shipment fees are clearly indicated in your shopping cart when the addresses and delivery specifications are confirmed. They can vary according to the country delivered to and the weight of your package. You will find more information on this in the “Delivery" menu.

Is the package insured during the delivery?

We insure all our goods during shipment in order to guarantee the quality of our service.

Do you wish to receive your order as quickly as possible?

Choose the option Delivery Express of DHL or UPS for more rapid delivery. The Express transport fees and those for certain destinations are not included in the conventional shipment prices.

Do you want to know the status of your order and the delivery date?

Once your order is validated by our services, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your shipment, as soon as the transport service picks up your shipment from our logistics center.
This number will enable you to track the status of your order and to visualize its progress and delivery date.
