Aurea Ova was honoured to be selected for the second consecutive year as the gastronomic partner for the Trophées Champenois 2022 evening, organised by Bulles et Millésimes, le magazine des Vins de Champagne and Cochet Concept at the Mairie d'Epernay.
To welcome the guests, a Champagne&Caviar bar was offered, with the Champagne Blanc de Blancs of the Maison Besserat de Bellefon and a splendid duo of Caviars with authentic flavours, the Royal Kaluga Amour® and the Royal Oscietra®. Aurea Ova's gastronomic products were honoured by the Chefs Jérôme Feck⭐ de l’Hôtel l'Angleterre et Philippe Mille⭐⭐- Domaine des Crayères in Reims :
- Poached quail eggs, Aurea Ova Salmon and watercress ice cream
- "Homage to Notre-Dame de Reims - Stained glass window of iodized scampi with Royal Kaluga Amour® caviar
