Our Ambassador Pierre-Yves FOUQUE represented the Aurea Ova House, as a gastronomic partner.

Our selection, Royal Kaluga Amour®, was proposed to Virginie BASSELOT (MOF 2015), Chef of the Restaurant Le Chantecler, to enhance the 250 Caviar verrines for the evening : Wolf and oysters tartar with a lemon cream and Aurea Ova Caviar®
