For its 80th anniversary, the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises association - which brings together 115 chefs in Lyon and around the world - celebrated its anniversary in a masterly fashion on Sunday 5 June 2016 at a gala dinner for 500 guests, served at Sucrière of Lyon.

On this occasion, Aurea Ova, the official sponsor of the evening, offered the prestigious guests the opportunity to taste an exceptional caviar: Imperial Kaluga Selection®

It is a rare caviar, born of Love, between Russia and China, in the yellow belly of the most formidable of the sturgeons of not soft but tumultuous waters. The precious golden, amber, honey or bronze grains of Kaluga deliver a harmony of melting, intense and light flavours of incomparable subtlety. It is reminiscent of the Beluga, its sea cousin, with which this caviar rivals in size and prestige. Its pronounced but not very salty taste is accompanied by notes of fresh walnuts and hazelnuts, which have earned it the favour, and the predilection, of great chefs.
