6-Handed Dinner: 3 Exceptional Chefs, 1 Menu, 1 convivial Evening

If Alan Geaam's four or six-handed dinners have become a delightful tradition in France, six hands have come together in the service of a common passion, cooking, to concoct a dinner with a very special flavour for Chef Alan Geaam...

Indeed, after having collaborated with French Chefs, it was the Lebanese Grand Chefs Joe Barza and Charles Azar who organised this evening, in collaboration with Mr Makram Rabbath, owner of the restaurant Le Petit Gris in Beirut.

Lebanon, the country of origin of these talented chefs, welcomed the Maison Aurea Ova in the kitchens of the restaurant Le Petit Gris for this exceptional dinner.

    - Alan Geaam is a chef with a singular career path, self-taught, who has developed a talented and generous cuisine, which has allowed him to become the head of 4 restaurants in Paris.

    - Joe Barza is a Chef at the top of his art: he first worked with the great Chefs Pierre Paumel, Marc VeyratJean-Pierre Jacob..., to become the pioneer of fusion cuisine and an undisputed reference in Lebanon.

And to finish the presentations, we certainly needed a little sweet note.

    - Charles Azar is also another reference, but this time on the sweet side. In a few years, he has become one of the greatest Lebanese pastry chefs of all time. Precise and perfectionist, he brings a new breath to Lebanese pastry, with a clever mix of modernity and tradition.

To this day, he is sought after all over the world, and with his legendary smile, he passes on his know-how and experience to the great and good of the world, palaces and professionals.

Joe Barza and Charles Azar travel the world to pass on their know-how and talent to palaces and professional establishments, as well as to lovers of neo-oriental cuisine.

Aurea Ova had the pleasure of accompanying three chefs who love gastronomy, during a warm moment in Beirut, during this evening organised at Le Petit Gris.

The  Royal Transmontanus® Caviar enhanced one of the dishes prepared by Chef Joe Barza: Amberjack tartar, caviar and melting aubergine... What a delight!

An evening rich in emotion and flavours ... in a warm and friendly setting, Six Hands, Three Chefs, and "Un Petit Gris".
